Matt Cooper started one of his first businesses in Burbank and continues to count a number of properties in the region as home to his entertainment-focused portfolio, which specializes in post-production entertainment uses. A filmmaker by trade, Matt is also the co-owner of The Post Group Production Suites and Runway Edit, staples of the entertainment industry. As a professional filmmaker and industry veteran, Matt has a unique understanding of the entertainment landscape and experience in providing leading-edge service to Los Angeles’ best-known export.
MGMT Partners
MGMT Partners is an owner’s representative / development management firm focused on elevated architectural & thoughtful design driven projects spanning commercial, hospitality, mixed-use residential & boutique retail sectors. The co-founders of the firm have worked together on a number of trophy commercial and residential real estate projects located in California and New York over the past 10 years.

With an extensive portfolio across five core business sectors, Hawkins\Brown has a wealth of experience in designing innovative and creative workplaces and mixed-use development.
